Exceptional Danish modern Brazilian rosewood wall unit by Poul Cadovius for Cado in Denmark, circa 1960s. This wall unit has been constructed from the highest quality Brazilian rosewood, and thanks to the wood's grains, it gives the structure fascinating colors and figures that are pleasing to the eye of the viewer. It features a total of 10 shelves that can be interchanged and assembled at will, and each rosewood bracket has been built in detail, highlighting its boomerang-shaped supports that greatly adorn the wall unit. It also features three independent cabinets; two of them have ample storage space, and the remaining cabinet has four dovetailed drawers. Another great thing about this piece is that it doesn't need to be displayed together; each panel can be individually displayed in different parts of your home or office. The wall unit is in original condition, preserving its history, quality, and functionality regardless of the years of manufacture. Rarely can you find a piece of furniture like this, which continues to be functional, and maintains the lucidity of its figure even in these times, aspects that make it a valued and coveted piece among collectors. Each unit measures 31.5” wide.
